At times, wedding planning can feel complex and overwhelming. Hiring a wedding planner is an investment in your peace of mind and the success of your big day. While we don't directly provide setup and breakdown services, we can help you coordinate with a full-service catering team, rental company, or other vendors who offer these services. Additionally, we will bring at least one assistant on your wedding day to help manage the timeline, vendors, etc. but the number of assistants will ultimately depend on the needs of the event. 

We specialize in more in-depth planning and don't currently offer standalone day-of coordination services. We believe this comprehensive approach ensures a truly seamless wedding day, allowing you to relax and savor every moment. Generally, the sooner, the better! While the ideal time to hire a planner varies based on your needs, we recommend reaching out at least 12-18 months in advance, especially if you have a specific date or season in mind. This allows us ample time to secure your dream team, design a cohesive vision, and ensure a truly seamless planning experience.
