Owner & Principle Planner

Tomi Erfe-Schultz,

With Filipino roots and a childhood among the Blue Ridge Mountains, Tomi brings a unique warmth and ease to every event she creates. Driven by a love for storytelling - she has embraced the adventurous spirit of the Rocky Mountains since moving to Colorado in 2017.

From meticulously crafted spreadsheets to the unique stories that bind each event, she orchestrates experiences that go beyond mere logistics. A decade long career in the ever evolving event industry has fueled Tomi's passion for creating welcoming spaces that are both visually stunning and deeply personal.

Between creating unforgettable events, Tomi finds balance in the chaos and calm of baking with her 3-year-old twins, exploring new trails with her rescue dog, Tuna, or indulging in a well-deserved nap.

Thoughtful, down-to-earth, and an incredibly hard worker (qualities undoubtedly rooted in her upbringing on a cow farm), Jordan is the ultimate switch-hitter, adding a touch of Midwest charm to The Paper Ring Collective.

Well versed in the event industry, Jordan's experience in bartending, catering, and planning combined with her warmth and hustle ensures that your day is perfect. Beyond the timelines and logistics and driven by a genuine love for bringing your vision to life, she is meticulous in her desire to craft events that feel as flawlessly executed as they are authentic.

When she is not planning and managing events, you can find her reading, walking her cats (yes like on a leash), or visiting family in Indiana.
